As a solution to the problem of continual dust emission into the atmosphere and the detrimental effects that can arise for both humanity and the surrounding environment, MIX has introduced a new type of filter called SFCA.
The SFCA filter contains a pulse air jet cleaning component, air tank, impulse valve and an aluminum air distribution manifold. One of the main advantages of the SCFA filter is a hinged cover, which enables: extraction of the cartridges from the top side allowing for simple and quick maintenance. The special "SKYFILTERTM" cartridge is suitable for numerous kinds of powders and this innovative high-performance filter is able to cut down the level of pollution while improving the efficiency and filtering quality. The SKYFILTER has been used by MIX North America for application on silos with different kinds of powders while its compact and solid structure makes installation simple, whether in existing or in new plant facilities.
